RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened and in like-new condition custom and collector badges within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that custom badges that were previously reviewed and approved by the customer and that are after delivery discovered to be 'in -error' and that are not defective in material or workmanship are non-returnable. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order, the cost of shipping your item via USPS priority mail, UPS or Federal Express with insurance and online tracking will automatically be calculated and added to your order. The cost for US and international destinations will be presented during the check out process and is typically $15 for US destinations and $25 for all other non-US destinations.
